How to get frequency of audio in C#

hello 
how to get a frequency  bar in c# i mean get frequency like window media player visualization bar and wave 

and get value in number of each bar or wave of audio play in window media player
so how to do it in c# to get a bars values in number of visualization of audio
plz give me idea or code
