how to get frame from video in windows media player

dear friend

I am doing project.my language is vb.net

my question is,

I am playing one video in windows media player.then i click the one button it should convert the full video into frame by frame. Then how to convert those frames into segment

kindly post me codings for my above problem. I will be thankfull to you.
