How to get Flat File Error column Name in SSIS Packages

Hi Friends,

 

                   I am using CSV file for uploading data  into database.I use Data Conversion control in DataFlow task.If conversion failed i can able to get the error code only. I am not able to get the Error Column name. 

 

I tried the below article to get the error column name. In Step 4. need to add derived column (The value of this column will be the name of Data Flow it is in.)

here i didn't  get the point..How to set the derived column  value to name of Data Flow task..
