How to get data from website and make it a form

hi, my friends and I are making an app using xamarin, that will log in in a website and get its data and tranfer it to the app. We want to log in in the college website, get the grades and make it usable in the app. With anyone could help me, i'd be really thankfull. I'm a noob about C# (for now)
