How to get data from games

Question

Hi,

I must create app (something like driver) that gets data from games (eg. Need for Speed) and detect when car breaks and how fast it drives Then it must send data to USB port.

 

I have no idea how to get this data... I searched in google, but every result was about creating game in C#...

 

There are computer mouses that detects player health in games like CS:GO and makes mouse lights to blue when health is full and red when is low, so this is possible to do this...

 

Pls, help me or tell me what i should to search in google :)
