how to get data from database with the help of combobox?

Hi,
when i selected an item in combobox,then that item related data is displayed in gridview.and the combobox items also updated when the datatable adding new items.plz tell me.how to solve this problem.plz

hi,
when i adding new ITEM to database,then that ITEM NAME is added in combobox at that time.After that iam selected one ITEM Name in combobox,that item information(like ITEM CODE,QUANTITY,PRICE,SIZE) is displayed in gridview.is it  possible?PLZ Tell me.
