How to get checked value of dynamic checkbox inside gridview

Hello everyone,

I've been browsing a net more time only to find the solution on my part..here's the problem..

I have created a dynamic checkbox inside also the dynamic gridview now the problem is that I can't get the value of checkbox when I attempt to save it in the database to update records on. here's my snippet:
