how to generate localhost certificate for https calls

Hi,

 

i tried to generate localhost certificate for https calls and checked in local machine

but it throws me like below error

 

the underlying connection was closed:could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.------->system.security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: the remote certificate is invalid according to validation procedure.

 

i stuck in this pls suggest me on this. i tried all the possible soluations but i didnt worked for me. please give me the valid soluation to save my time.
