how to generate cross tabbing in crystal report

Hello friends,

I m facing very big problem in crystal report .. i don't have any idea how to make it cross tabbing in crystal report based on group. i m attaching the snap shot of report which i want in crystal report and also attaching my DB data format. please provide me solution how to make it according to it..
