How to focus into a new form while pressing any key in a DataGridView Cell?

Hai,

I want to design a sales form in my project which has a grid to enter the Product Name, Qty, Rate...etc

When I press any button on key board from the 2nd column of my grid I have to load a new form which has an option to select the product with a name starting with the letter I had entered at the datagrid view cell
