How to fix Outlook Error 0x800ccc0f ? Please help.

Everything is working fine except that sometimes, when i want to check my mail, i get the Error 0x800CCC0F. When i click send/receive again, everything's is working fine. The error is always there when i check my mail.Please help, because i can't find the solution. All help is appreciated.
