How to Fix Header Vertically and Float Horizontally in Panel

Question

Hi Friends.....,

Am Having One Task There is a panel view in that list ten headings are like Name, DOB, Age, Sex, Dept, Add, State,Country ,etc..., Like this Ten Heading and Details Listed below in panel in this case there is scroll in Vertical and Horizontal my heading is not fixed i need to fix the heading on Vertically but not on Horizontal With out Grid view Using only Panel View
