how to find the code for color

Hi All,

Is there anyway that to find the code for color?
like i need to find the code for the color in currently visited website.

I heared that there is a software/Application
When we install it will sit into the taskbar

then if we drag & drop that icon into the desired color location anywhere then it will show the code for that color.

Is there any similar application..
