How to find records of particular column in a table?

How to find records of particular column in a table?
Hi to all,

I am working on windows apps

My requirement is In a Dropdownlist i have selected tableName,under table i get columns in another dropdown.then select column and click on button ,here i will check that particular column having records or not.

How to check ,any idea
