How to find path and replace in OpenXml

I have test.pptx and i convert into OpenXml file as test.xml . But i have video in ppt file so when i was convert into openxml then create some relationships in open xml. But i want to know about how to get path name in string variables and will replace with new path in c#. I will post examples of Openxml in below images.
