how to find out VGA port number using C#

Question

Hi All,

 

I want to find out VGA Port number to which monitor is connected.

i have total 4 ports

2 ports from mother board

2 ports from graphic card{Ex: to which port i have connected either port 1 or port 2}

 

using c#
