How to find gridview id and bind the data in another partial

In your case while populating the "Blood Information" grid for each "View" button you need to assign the onclick property with a javascript function name and its parameter should be the key (hospital id) to fetch the "Blood Groups" for that hospital.

Ex: OnClick="javascript: GetBloodBankStatus()" // [This will call the javascript / jquery function and from there ajax call is made to respective controller with hospital id as a parameter and the return JSON will be loaded in the "Blood Group" (partial view)]
