How to find country name from ip address in asp.net using web service

I want to get country name from ip address in asp.net using web service. I used 2 web services http://www.webservicex.net/geoipservice.asmx?wsdl and

http://www.webservicex.net/geoipservice.asmx?wsdl but they are not fullfilling my requirement. if my ip address is 212.76.87.27 then it is ok. but if my ip address is 31.167.42.94 then giving me error. I think these web services have not updated Ip address record. Please suggest me the webservice which has updated ip address record and can return the country name correctly without error.

All web service have same problem after some day it block.

u can use this

to get city & country....in case of country it fine but in case of city it some extend correct(not exact). Actually all exact location traker are paid. so, if u searching free. then above code will give you and below web site u can use. U can use web service.
