How to fill datagridcombobox column based on supplier name

Hai, 

In my project am using datagridcombobox cell for filter the material name, Here i want to fill the Material name based on the supplier name in a textbox. How can I do this in my project please anybody help me to over come this problem. Its really urgent to finish , so please reply me quickly.

  Am using c# windows application.
