how to fetch all stored data from table

i am trying to fetch all data from the table  but i am not able to get. actually while entering i have given username and password and through that username and password only i am trying to fetch . Some please tell me that while fetching how can fetch all stored data from the table.i uploaded the source code  also. please help me out..
