how to execute multiple projects in single exe

Question

Dear Experts,

 

i have a solution in that 4 projects each one has one exe but i need to execute as one exe 

how to do it in c# windows application  

 

solution---->Proj1

                   Proj2

                   Proj3

                   Proj4
