How to enable pop up Blocker

Hello everyone,

I have developing one website and in that i used one pop up window but now problem is when i am calling this pop up window browser is not allowing to show pop up at the first time when i try to open from a browser the popup blocker blocks and after when i say allow then it is working fine.. Then how to enable pop up blocker.
