How to enable multiple form's in active mode

Question

question 1: 

My project consist multiple form's ... when open form2 to form1 by clicking button ...form1 controls are becomes disabled... i need both form's are in active mode to edit...

 

question 2: 

And also im trying to get value from form2 and display that value to in form1 textbox... i searched in google.. all examples are like passing value from form1 to form2 ... but i need to pass value from form2 to form1...

 

any question you can answer..
