How to embed a Word Document in Win Form?
Dec 4 2003 7:02 AM
Hi There, I am facing a problem related to embedding of MS Word Document in Vb.Net. I will have to allow my user to use MS Word document in full fledged fashion. I will be having some sort of container on my Win Form where a new MS Word document will be available, then user will do some sort of editing on that document or any operation provided by Word that is he can do mail merging or formatting etc then user will save the changes. This word document should occupy the defined area on Win form. Pl. note I am not seeking the invokation of separate exe of word rather than i am looking for some sort of embedding within a container in Win Form. I know how to do the same in VB 6.0 but i am not able to do the same in Vb.Net. I have tried to use AxWebBrowser control but it is also have some limitations. If anyone know how to achieve it? Thanx n Regds, Bob
