How To Draw Arcs in VB.Net?

I have worked in vb6 . I am new to vb.net . I have used Circle Method in VB6 for drawing small arcs, i have given the centerpoint(Xc,Yc),radius, startangle and endangle in vb6.

I am having startingpoints(X1,Y1) ,endingpoints(X2,Y2) startangle, endangle and radius.

I want the same picture in VB.Net but it is not Coming.

I want To Know how i can get in vb.net.
