how to do program for online transaction frnds

i am doing project,It s a online shipping site for tea traders and shoppers.....In my website have 3 modules...I have completed 2 of them..one more is online store..It had two forms,one is cash on delivery and another one is online cash using debit cards......How I do it?.............
