How to do Email Integration in webapplication ?..

Hi Friends  ,

 

I have a new requirement which is something new to me .If anyone know let  me know .I would like to have Email Integration in my application.Email need to send to the users based on the database table's status.

 

           If the approval happened, - Some text to be sent

           if the approval rejected  - other text to be sent.

 

Mail need to send to one or more mailids . And Need separate windows application need to fetch data from data based on the data. And according mail need to be send .

This application keeps running at every 10 - Mins.

 

How can do the above assignment? Anyone know suggest me.
