How to do as following?

i need to display as Fig_1 database contents from table,when we click a button

	EmpName	DOB	Salary	Age
Edit	Adam	2811987	6122	25
Edit	Sam	2811987	4555	25
Edit	Sue	2811987	5555	24
Edit		2811987	7544	26
Edit		2811987	4455	23
Edit		2811987	4533	22

then I need to edit a particular Row when i click on Edit Link button that show form as Fig_2

EmpName	enter name here
DOB	enter DOB here
Salary	enter salary here
Age	enter age  here

and save button in Fig_2
