how to display the data on web grid in mvc?

hi frnds

i have a registration form with data base in mvc.

insert the data in data base this is i done .

now i want

1. these data show in a web grid with another view .
2. but column name should be link because if i click on suppose category so comment box should be open?

so how to do this
