How to display Paytm dynamic QR Code on Paytm QR device

Question

In C#, how we can send/display the QR Code from the computer to the Paytm Dynamic QR Device.

 

Example:-

 

I have a billing computer, where I generate an invoice for every customer. Now I want to connect this Paytm device with this billing computer and when we display the QR code on the billing computer then the same QR code should be display on this Paytm device.
