how to display large videos in asp.net by file upload control

hi sir, i would like to ask u one doubt regarding asp.net.iam getting problem in uploading videos in asp.net iam using file upload control but it is working fine when the video are in small mbs but when the video is larger it si taking large amount of time can u find solution for me.
