How to display all related items of the parent item?

Hi,

 

I have one list which is having "Recipients" people picker field(multiple section if requires). Once the data is submitted, there is one workflow which will run on item created. All recipients will get mails. If one person opens it, he/she should be able to see others responses/replies below the editform(only for view purpose, just links).

 

Can we use default field "ID" to retrieve all replies and display them in editform below.
