How to develop "delete" using 3 tiers architecture?

Hi Expert,
I am a beginners in c#, just picked up basic c# recently for my project.
I would like to ask if anyone have links or method that i can refer to for developing "delete" functions using 3 tier? 3 tier as in what to store inside the stored procedure, aspx.cs and database.cs?
