how to detect .net and managed dx9?

Hi. I've made a simple game in VS.NET that uses managed directx 9 (DirectSound) and sent it to various people to test it, and I really need to make my program detect if they've got .NET framework and Managed DX installed. How do I do this codewise in VS.NET?
