How to Detect Connected Device and its contents Automatically From ASP.Net

Hi,

I will connect Device (like Pen Drive or DictaPhone) to USB Port,my requirement is ASP.Net application has to detect connected device and it has to extract all files from that device.if any one know this please send me reply......
