How to design the Professional website in ASP.NET

I need to design website with colour full images & with animations.

I am very poor in colour combinations & CSS for that.

Can anybody tell me how to use animations for my website with example.

There are serveral sites are available for providing animations services.

Can anybody explain me with example?

& where i can get & create the images to utilise for my website
