How to design crystal report using Crystal report viewer

Question

Hi to all,
I am new one for Crystal reports,
I want to design One Certificate,In that user details is single record,Documents for that certificate is multiple,Information for that certificate is also having multiple records.
all these are depending on app_code.
Ex;-
1)Applicationdetails:-    app_code ,   certificateid,fname,lname,mname  etc  
This view containing one row
2)App_Documents:-
particular app_cde,certificateid having multiple records

like:app-code    certificateid     document
    36       21       Application
     36       21       afident
       36       21       birthcertificate  etc
3)App_Infosame as above

I am struggling with this one from 7days,
Plz save me

How can i design this certificate.
