how to deploy the timerjob in to production( two servers)

Question

Hi,
 i created timer jobs.in development server.now i ll move to production here i am facing problems.
1.the timer job deploy to  sharepoint central admin v4.
2.once deploy the timer job anthore wsp file not allowed to deployed
3. how to deploy to timer job wsp file in to two servers

 *****My timerjob: **** scope and Job lock type.
Scop-->site
Job lock type-->Job
 this is an effect  to central admin.

in development server it was deployed to web application level(from visual studio) but in production it was deployed to share point central admin v4(from WSP File deployed by STSADM commands)
