How to deploy sharePoint APP in to Cloud

Can any one tell me the app deployement in provider hosted app development with screens. Presently i am using microsoft sharepoint 2013 free trail cloud. Into that i uploaded app. After that when i added that app on my site and then when i clicked app it showing is page not found error.

Can any one explain and why getting this error.
