How to deploy C# windows application with autorun.inf

Question

  I have created a C# windows application. Now I want to create an autorun cd for my application so that inserting the CD my application will run automatically on any computer whether it has dotnet framework or not. I have also created an autorun.inf file. But don't know how to use that file at the time of deploying my project as well as at the time of burning the CD. I have surfed the internet for long but with no use. Is there any one who can guide me through proper way....please help.... Thanks and Regards,
