How to deploy application to bypass instalation by admin

Hi,

 

I am beginner. I done very small one window application (in VS 2013), which is a simple reliability calculator.

I would like to share it with some my colleagues in the office, but all official avaliable deployment scenario needs admin privileges .

Is it possible to deploy application, which omit instalation by admin?

How to do it?
