how to deploy and run windows smart device application on mobile

hi techies....!

plz help me out from the following issue..

i have create windows smart device application..... and created cab file.. and installed on htc p3400. icon is coming on the mobile screen how we get shortcut on desktop.. but when i clicked on that icon it is not responding i mean it is not opening the application kindly help me out...!
