how to deploy a silverlight application to local iis as well as remote server iis

Question

I am new to web application. I want to create a silverlight application with two database(SQL Server), one residing on the local machine and other on the remote server. I am using RIA services. When the application is in the offline mode i want the data to be retrieved from the local database.
