How to customized scrollbar in window.form.web browser?

Hi all,

I am using system.form.web browser in my WPF App, it is working fine but I want to do some modification like ...
1.How can I customize the scroll bar of web browser like other browsers.
2.How can I disable error message "Internet Explorer Compatibility View" while opening Gmail.
3.The can i bypass a website which contain untrusted certificates.
