How to create transparent form/control in VB 6.0

Hello Everybody I want to know how to make control/ form tranparent. I tried it by code like Dim myColor as Color = Color.FromArgb(50, 255, 255, 255) But VB gives error for it. Please help me Your suggetions highly regreated. Thank You Tusharp
