how to create simple Issue Return( like book) using gridview asp.net

its very urgent plz plz plz help me

i am creating a project... i need to create a functionality like 'Issue Receive material'
[same as issue return book from library system]  

step-1;i have to issue woolen material for color dyeing to the dyer and after finishing Dyer retrun material and again i have to entry for receive so i can track the issue and receive reprot...

 

i want to creae this fincationaly using gridview in asp.net C#

and if i isuue some material then when during reciveing i want to add button or checkbox so that operator can check the number of row/record from gridview which is going to receive..

and after selecting checkbox or add one button in gridview so we can just click and recive material entry done..
simple and minimum effort
here i will attack a form design which  material issue page design
