How to create SAAS application using ASP .NET MVC?

I would like to create a SAAS application  using ASP .NET MVC. Also I would like to generate separate URL for each company who register.

 

Example.

 

Main Domain:

www.PMS.com 

 

Register Company Name is :  IPS

 

Company URL must be :

 

www.PMS.com/IPS
