how to create page 2 of excel template

i have a datagridview that can vary from 1 item to 80 items. i am exporting this to an excel template that starts from row 19 and ends at row 49. How do I transfer the first 30 items from the datagridview to the template and create page 2 of the template to have the balance of the 20 items.
