How to create JobSchedular in sqlserver2008 R1?

Hi,

 

              How to create Job Schedular in sqlserver2008 R2?

 

     * I need  get automatic daily backup and weekly backup in Sqlserver2008 R2.
     * I have created stored procure in that source path and desitnation path details.

      * How to call stored procedure in Job Schedular.

 I have no idea plz explain me step by step process.
