how to create exe file for c# project

i friends i have c# project and i want to make an exe file for it
my question is
1- what is the best way to create exe file in visual studio 2008?
2-is .exe file that create in visual studio word good?
3- how can i edit exe file in visual sutdio(exe file that created in visual studio)?
